After reading countless self-development books, racking up tons of fitness certifications, and developing a heart-centered yoga practice, I started feeling the pull towards transformation, and became a Certified Personal Trainer and Life Coach. This revolutionized my eating habits 360 degrees. I was inspired to open up a pole fitness studio where I have helped hundreds of women to transform from the inside and out using creative exercises and visualizations to see themselves differently.
