My mission is to help you put yourself back in focus and make yourself a priority…not your food, which has taken up way too much of your time and energy anyway. You have had moments of success and many moments of frustration looking for white spaces on your calendar to schedule food prep and workouts in without success. Finally, we will put the struggle to rest. Food will be in its rightful place and prioritizing self-care will be in its rightful place. Once you begin to part ways with limited thinking and trying to be all things to everyone at all times…you will find that your relationship with yourself and food will be very different.

What I do best

I am a Conscious Eating & Empowered Living Coach who is passionate about self-development and growth. I love teaching my clients how to move away from self-defeating habits that no longer serve them mentally and physically. I really enjoy motivating them towards becoming their best selves and constructing a step-by-step plan to transform dreams into a reality. My greatest joy is watching them become excited about themselves and able to unlock untapped potential and possibility. I enjoy training them on how to fire up their own motivation, strengthen their courage muscles, and practice radical self-compassion and self-forgiveness when they make mistakes.

My Story

I struggled with food and weight when I was a little girl and always felt self-conscious about my body. At age nine my dress size was women’s size 14. I shied away from activities like swimming, roller skating and bike riding because I had no confidence in my body…although I did love to dance. After losing a significant amount of weight in my twenties and thinking my food issues were behind me, I developed an eating disorder after being on deprivation diets. I lived with nightly binges and my way out of that craziness and back to sanity is documented in my Kindle book, Coming Out of the Cave. I encourage you to read it. It may unlock a lot of answers for you.

I have been working with clients for the past 20 years helping them to get fit in body, mind and spirit showing them the keys to keeping their weight off for the rest of their lives.

After reading countless self-development books, racking up tons of fitness certifications, and developing a heart-centered yoga practice, I started feeling the pull towards transformation, and became a Certified Personal Trainer and Life Coach. This revolutionized my eating habits 360 degrees. I was inspired to open up a pole fitness studio where I have helped hundreds of women to transform from the inside and out using creative exercises and visualizations to see themselves differently.
